Senior Architect

Senior Architect Job in Manchester,Cheshire available in Manchester, with an AJ100 practice. This role would see you joining a dedicated team to work on conservation and heritage projects. You will be site based, 4 days a week and work in a team of 15, on the delivery phase of their current prestigious project.Established in the 1940’s, this company has grown to 280 employees, with 11 UK offices and has won awards for Architects Employer of the Year. They are an industry leader in planning advice, heritage consultancy, building surveying, conservation, and contemporary architecture.Role & Responsibilities Work on site 4 days a week managing the delivery of their current projectCommunicate and collaborate with a team of 15Report to Associates and DirectorsLiaising with clients and stakeholders regularlyAnswering queries and solving problems as they come up. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years’ experience post part III is essentialProven experience working on conservation and heritage projectsAABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation is desirable but not essentialExperience in project delivery stages and managementProven experience working across all RIBA stagesProficiency in BIM / Revit is essentialHave a strong understanding of UK building and planning regulations.
