We are looking for someone to :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to maintain our first class customer service.
- Propose customer details to Finance Companies via an online portal.
- Dealing directly with vehicles suppliers and maintaining and excellent relationship.
- Updating and Maintaining our in house CRM.
You must have :
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products, and working with databases is desirable.
- Excellent Telephone calls and handling complaints.
- Positive Attitude
