1:1 Sen Teaching Assistant - Wirral

Academics are on the lookout for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (TA / LSA) to work in the Wirral area. Your role will be working 1:1 with primary aged pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), who require additional support and guidance. We are looking for a qualified teaching assistant with a passion for supporting pupils and the ability to adapt from pupil to pupil dependent on their needs and abilities. - Have previous experience working with SEN or primary age children - Have suitable qualifications to work with young people - Have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) - Have the ability to cater to different children's needs - Be patient, calm and caring You will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties and EHCP's.
