Food and Beverage Assistant Join our exceptional team.. We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team at the Coast & Country Hotel Collection, operated by Bespoke Hotels, UK’s largest independent hotel group. As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will support with the day to day running of the Food service areas and bars to ensure a high level of service is offered to guests.

What we are looking for? Duties will include: Ø Ensuring that designated areas are cleaned to the Company standards to guarantee excellent hygiene in all areas. Ø Help control costs through ordering stock and minimising waste. Ø Deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner. Ø Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to theses to enhance customer satisfaction. Ø Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards are maintained.
