As a result of continued success and growth within the business, they have appointed Hays to recruit a Customer Salesand Support Executive to join their Coleraine based team. This is an office based role. Hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri. Your new role As Customer Sales and Support Executive you will provide the best possible customer service to customers, contributing towards the success of the business by going above and beyond to meet customers' expectations and fulfilling their needs in a safe and timelymanner. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and monitored through to delivery, within the relevant timeframe whilst adhering to the required regulations. You will alsowork closely with the sales team in order to achieve the objectives of the business through providing administration support and liaising with customers. As Customer Sales and Support Executive, you will handle all customer queries effectively and in a professionalmanner. This role requires forward thinking, so you will have the freedom to make decisions to meet the needs of customers which is pivotal to maintaining high levels in customer satisfaction and retention of customers. What you'll need to succeed As Customer Sales & Support Executive, you will have a good standard of education. Essentially, you will have strong Administration skills and previous experience within customer service. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and theability to build relationships with people at all levels. It is important that you are proficient in MS Word and Excel.
