Role Description and Purpose

To start ASAP.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing payments, invoices, expense claims, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software packages
  • Credit control Account reconciliations
  • Building customer and supplier relationships
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements i.e. P & L and balance sheet
  • Assisting the Company Accountant with ad-hoc duties to support the wider businesses within the group
  • Managing customer contract renewals with timely and accurate updating of systems
  • Direct Debit processing

Experience and Skills required

  • Part qualified or qualified AAT
  • Part qualified ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience in an accounting role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
