Dental Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer service-driven individual to join our Customer Service team!

The role : You will be the first point of contact for all the patients, you will be taking them through their journey delivering a first-class customer service experience both face to face and over the telephone. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the appointment books, and answering/directing calls alongside a variety of administrative and financial tasks. This is not your typical meet and greets Receptionist role.

You will be working Monday 8.30am - 7.00pm and Tuesday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

We don’t need you to know anything about dentistry as full training will be provided. We want you to have a genuine passion for delivering a 5* customer service experience for all our patients. Keeping people happy and making them smile will in turn make you fulfilled in your role!
