An opening has become available for a Production Administrator to join a thriving team within a leading manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis. You will be working for an organisation that is well-established within the manufacturing industry, based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. As the Production Administrator, you will be: - Processing orders on the internal system - Documenting the processes to enable training once ERP is installed within the business - Helping with the day to day running of the workshops, moving jobs to the relevant locations via the ERP system - Assisting with matching components and item reclass each job in advance to assignment - Collecting daily output figures - Performing administration duties including answering the phone and assisting with paperwork As the Production Administrator, you will have: - Previous experience with ERP based administration - Excellent organisation skills and multi-tasking ability - Strong Excel and analytical skills - You may have experience of working as one of the following: Systems Administrator, System Expert, Administrator or Customer Service Administrator As the Production Administrator, your salary will be circa £20,000 - £22,000 per annum depending upon experience plus a fantastic range of benefits.
