Veterinary Receptionist/ Client Care Assistant

Your role and responsibilities

At Broadway, we aim to provide excellent care for our patients and their owners, and our Client Care team are essential in achieving this.

Required Qualifications:

  • Reception or Customer Care experience is essential (previous experience working in a Veterinary Practice desirable).
  • Experience of using veterinary practice management systems is desirable.
  • BVRA accreditation is desired but not essential.
  • Although this role does not include directly working with animals, an interest and ease in working around animals is essential.
  • Hours: 40hrs per week, spread over 4 or 5 days. Shifts will be between 8am and 7pm Mon-Fri and between 8am and 6pm on Saturdays (1 in 4).

About us

Broadway Veterinary Surgery is a busy first opinion small animal, RCVS accredited practice with three sites across the Wirral. Our Practice has been caring for pets for over 40 years, and we pride ourselves on providing the very best care and service for our clients and their pets.

Due to growing our client care team, we are currently seeking a new Client Care Team Member to join our successful branch practice in Wallasey, Wirral.

Salary : £20,925.00 per year
