Maintenance Supervisor

Zenith People are working with our client who operate within Fast Moving Manufacturing and due to an increase in workload are looking for an experience Maintenance Supervisor from a Fast

• Moving, High-Volume Manufacturing background to oversee the dailyMaintenance of the plant machinery. Ideally, you will be a time-served Maintenance Engineer (either Mechanical or Electrical Bias) and with previous Supervisory/Team Leading/Management experience.

This is a hands-on role and you will expected to carry out repairs and maintenance on machinery yourself at times where there is a shortage of staff.

You must be flexible and willing to work overtime & call out (paid hourly) where required which will involve weekend work.

Duties Include:

• Responding to Breakdowns quickly and efficiently
• Overseeing/Supervising a Team of Maintenance Technicians who work Shifts and ensuring that all repairs, planned and preventative are carried out in a timely manner to reduce downtime

Person Specification

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individual with a "can do" attitude. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with challenging situations whilst working under pressure in a calm and effective manner whilst setting an example for theMaintenance Team reporting into you.
