Mobile Response Officer

Citiguard provides expert care throughout London and the rest of the UK, working closely with our clients to provide the best security in the business.

In December last year, we expanded with a new branch in Ashford, Kent. We are looking for 1-2 Mobile Response Officers to join our existing team in Kent, joining our Head of Operations and 2 Mobile Response Officers.

You will be given a variety of properties to visit, some with specific timings or must be done daily, some that have flexibility and are only attended every week or 2. You will work with the Head of Operations and you colleagues to ensure all sites attended and reports completed.

Shift Patterns :

• 4 on - 4 off
• Mixture of days and nights
• Weekend availibility
• 12 hour shifts

Must have valid SIA License and Full UK Driving License.

At the moment, you are required to have you own vehicle.

Duties :

• Carrying out mobile patrols and vacant property inspections across Kent
• Responding to alarm activations
• Communicating with the control room - check calls, raising issues, giving accurate ETAs
• Creating attendance reports for client across 2-3 different apps
• Locking and unlocking premises, including giving access to visitors
• Setting and deactivating alarms
• Work closely with security teams on site and the control room
• Carrying out spot checks on 2 static guarding sites we have in Ashford

Criteria :

• Must be comfortable working alone
• Confident driver, including driving at night
• Can use a GPS proficiently
• Knows the Kent area well ( not required but desirable)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : £10.42 per hour
