Nursery NurseOur Client are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse for their fantastic Day Nursery based in Spetchley, Worcester. The Nursery Nurse must be passionate, enthusiastic and should strive to work at an outstanding level with excellent partnership with parents Key Responsibilities•To be an inspirational Nursery Nurse with a good, sound knowledge of child development•To be a key carer for a group of children. Ensuring that their wellbeing and development are met•To have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and to complete planning, and recording key children’s development on observations and assessments•To regularly meet with parents to discuss their child’s development•To attend room meetings with your team to discuss concerns and plan for future events•To support the Room leader, Assistant Manager and Manager as required•Develop excellent partnership with parents•To introduce the children to the wider community by visiting or inviting people in to meet the children•To have excellent knowledge of all safeguarding practises.•To attend monthly room and staff meetingsFor this position you must have:•Have a full and relevant level 2 or 3 in childcare•Have strong written and verbal communication skills•To have a full enhanced DBS and to be on the update serviceBenefits:•Highly competitive salary•Generous holiday scheme•Paid bank holidays•Discounted childcare at our nurseries•Ongoing professional development, training and promotional opportunities•Pension scheme•Uniform provided
