Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced IT Training Officer to work for Hammersmith and Fulham Council.
Job Purpose
The IT Training Officer will liaise with IT Project Staff to develop training specifically designed to support system developments and improvements. They will be responsible for ensuring there is a robust schedule of training opportunities for new and existing staff. Training will be delivered by a variety of methods including classroom sessions, webinars and other e-Learning methods. Duties :

Put together training plans to include:
-
carrying out training needs analysis,
-
drafting learning aims and outcomes,
-
developing course materials; and,
-
putting together training schedules.
-
Support the delivery of the IHMS project and the related module development
-
Deliver training by a variety of means i.e. classroom, individual and remote e-Learning.
-
Develop e-Learning modules and other resources to support internal and external stakeholder training needs.
-
Supporting the department's overall L&D requirements.
-
Advising and recommending innovative ways to meet the changing training needs of the business.
