Small classes allow for targeted teaching that meets individual needs. The Role A full-time role, providing general classroom support and leading maths interventions. You will need to have strong behaviour management skills and a good understanding of how to support students' mental health needs. Main responsibilities Work under the guidance of the manager Support students during lessons Lead some Maths lessons when requested Lead Maths interventions Essential Criteria/Skills HLTA qualification Very good level of spoken and written English Strong behaviour management skills Strong Maths skills Desirable Criteria Previous experience working with Key Stage 3 pupils Previous experience teaching Maths lessons
