This role is based at Avonmouth .

As a Training Coordinator , you will have the following accountabilities:

Responsible for the coordination of Health and Safety and Technical training at HPC and supporting when necessary for Phase 2 Offshore
Ensure training records are maintained and kept up to date
Responsible for the HPC training matrix
Responsible for maintaining training records
Working with the onboarding team to ensure all staff meet competency and minimum requirements to enter the project
Liaise directly with trainers, delegates and suppliers to ensure smooth running of courses
Processing course paperwork
Support training and compliance internal and external audits
Support the training department with all administration duties
Manage and maintain Project Training Matrix
Ensuring delegates have been sent out to delegates
Be the point of contact for the training department in relation to course requirements and bookings
Work closely with Tier 2 labour providers onsite
Ensuring the end-to-end training processes are delivered

You will have the following:

Ability to collaboratively work with other teams
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise
Ideally have experience of working on a large project
Excellent organisational skills
