This is an opportunityfor you to use your experience to play a critical role in achieving this goal by leading the finance team to deliver the financial resilience that will allow us to go from strength to strength. As a member of the Executive you will provide effective and inspiring leadership ensuring that Transform’s values are present in all activity and that corporate objectives are achieved. You will create, implement and evaluate finance strategies, plans, systems and policies that lead to strong organisational performance and value for money. You will also focus on continual improvement while leading the delivery of financial services. We’re ideally looking for :

  • Someone with experience at a senior leader level of developing, implementing and managing financial operations for an organisation that are contemporary, high-quality and efficient.

  • A strategic thinker with a commercial approach focused on identifying ways to; increase performance, manage change, foresee risks and identify opportunities.

  • An inspiring leader with a high degree of personal drive as well as empathy and the ability to engage the support of colleagues both in the finance team and across Transform.

  • Someone with contract management experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail. Our benefits are great too, they include :
