The children in our care range between the ages of 8-18 years of age and have a range of EBD needs. This may include emotional and behavioural difficulties. As a Team Leader, you will be involved in all aspects of their everyday life, such as household duties, transporting the children to different provisions, paperwork and making positive differences in their lives. Our research informs us that other providers inflated sleep in rates do not incur additional disturbance allowance as we do and we do not cap sleep in rates on earning potential or overtime.
