Sales Negotiator
A successful independent agency are looking for Sales Negotiator to join their Portishead office. You will have some experience in the industry and be a motivated individual and have a keen eye for all things property.
As a Sales Negotiator you will :
- Book and carry out viewings on properties in the area
- Register applicants and take tenant details, matching them to relevant properties
- Book property valuations
- Negotiate offers between purchasers / tenants and homeowner / landlords
- Liaise between all parties until completion of a property
You will have the following skills / experience :
- Some experience in the estate agency industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated and enthusiastic induvial
Salary : £18,000 - £22,000
OTE : £23,000 - £25,000
