Salary : £12.23 per hour Location: Waterbeach Type of Contract: Temporary, 3 months - Could go permanent. Hours: 36.25 hours, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm
Duties :
- Respond to inbound enquiries from customers on products and services.
- Monitor and administer online and physical orders.
- Support sales team with bookings.
Role Requirements:
- Experience working within a customer service previously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills with experience using CRM or extranet systems, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Types : Full-time, Temporary contract Contract length: 3 months
Salary : £12.23 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
