Track Marshal/customer Service Host

The Customer Service Host part of the job has the following responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers into the building, issue race suits for their event, ensure they have their race briefing and guide them track side to be fitted with their helmets
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries
  • Take payments and bookings over the phone
  • Stay updated on what we offer to provide accurate information to customers
  • Serve food, snacks and drinks in our licensed bar - Read them their results after their race

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary : £5.28-£10.42 per hour
