Job Type: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

A global and highly successful FTSE 100 company are looking for a dedicated Third Party Integrity & Due Diligence Analyst to join their dynamic Group Ethics & Integrity team. As a key member of their global team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our third-party relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence checks on third-party engagements.
  • Manage and monitor our Third Party Integrity Due Diligence tool, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate data.
  • Develop and maintain Third Party Integrity Due Diligence procedures and protocols to streamline processes.
  • Provide support to stakeholders across the organization on Third Party Integrity Due Diligence matters.
  • Contribute to broader Ethics & Integrity projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in due diligence, KYC, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of systems, processes, and technology, including system controls and configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks, such as daily monitoring of alerts.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify irregularities and abnormalities.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
