An exciting opportunity to join a national organisation as a Service Manager in their Supported Living service on a Fixed Term 12 month contract. Your new company Hays Social Care are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to join a leading organisation that values providing the best care and support to adults with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and Complex Health Needs. Your new role You will be making a difference managing a specialist housing service offering support to adults who identify as transgender or non-binary, or have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria. The service also supports adults who have autism, learning disabilitiesand/or complex needs. You will lead and manage the staff team in delivering high-quality service and care that follows the values of the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring person-centred care plans are completed and meet the needs of the serviceusers. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a management position within Social Care is essential. You will need a Level 5 Health and Social Care Management qualification, or a willing to work towards. You will be a confident and committed leader with great communication skills.An understanding of Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism is desirable.
