What will you be doing as a Customer Service Representative?

• You will speak to a range of different customers through inbound calls.
• Banking customers will be making enquiry calls for a number of reasons, ranging from lost cards to balance and transfer requests as some examples.
• You will use your listening skills to speak to each customer and find out their individual needs
