Elevation Recruitment are currently working on behalf a leading online retail group who have an exciting opportunity to join their office in Wetherby as a Temporary Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Servicer Advisor:

  • First point of contact for customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service and exemplary product knowledge.
  • Dealing with a wide variety of customers with varying needs, from investigating a delivery query with a courier through to assisting with a technical query about a product.
  • Working closely with and supporting your team.

Requirements of the Temporary Customer Service Advisor:

  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive, adaptable and deeply motivated when it comes to customer service.
  • Experience working on a CRM system is preferred.
