Agency Support Worker (0 Hour Contract)
We are currently recruiting for a variety of our bespoke packages located at either Burton On Trent (DE14), Sutton Coldfield (B76), Penkridge, Stafford (ST19) or Fulford (ST11) for bank (0 hour contract) permanent positions. (Daytime or Weekends, you choose what works for you by providing your availability one month in advance where possible!)
We are a small bespoke care company, who provide person-centred care to our valued clients who have support within their independent living environment across Staffordshire. We have been offering our services since 2015 and our company history outlines our passion in helping a handful of complex needs young adults from the heart. Our client's conditions vary from cerebral palsy to RETTs Syndrome to epilepsy to supporting with catheter care or a PEG site.
Key Information
- You must be willing to commit to a minimum of x2 shifts per month to keep up to date with fluid client needs and staff training requirements.
- £11.00 p/h (Weekday Shifts) & £13.00 p/h (Weekend & Waking Nights Shifts)
- Mileage incentive available (T’s & C’S Apply)
- Set Shifts varying from 7 to 12 hours.
- 5.6 Weeks Pro Rata, Per Annum Annual Leave

- Full UK Driving Licence Required, Manual Desirable
Role
- You will be required to provide support with all aspects of personal care and to help our client with day-to-day tasks such as dressing, eating, cooking, accessing the community and medication administration. We support our clients on a variety of ratio’s including 1:1, 2:1 or 1:2 basis, 24/7, 365 days of the year where you will support them on a consistent basis to build a rapport. Full training is provided.
- You will be required to drive the client’s mobility vehicle (training provided) in order to access the community. Client vehicles are manual and so a full UK manual Driving Licence is mandatory for any day shifts worked.
