Description
As a Telesales Specialist duties will include, however, not be limited to;
- Making outbound sales calls to warm leads
- Generating new business for the company through prospecting via telephone, social media and more
- Managing sales processes including closing
- Working closely with other colleagues to develop sales opportunities
Profile
As the ideal Telesales Specialist you will have:
- Experience working in a similar role previously
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to build relationships with customers
