Private Equity Associate

Private Equity Associate London £125,000 - £160,000 An opportunity has opened for a qualified Private Equity Solicitor to join a market leading, globally renowned firm's Private Equity team in Central London. You would be an integral member of the Private Equity team working at the forefront of the market across a wide spectrum of Private Equity deals. You would be at the core of the deal team acting on transactions and leading on key workstreams on large transactionsto support multi-national corporates. You will advise on:

• Investments, by way of private acquisitions, public company takeovers, minority investments or joint ventures
• Advisory work for companies, including add-on acquisitions, asset sales, restructurings, and refinancing
• Exits, IPO's, trade sales or dual track

This would be a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to develop relationships with clients, engaging in business development, and leadership initiatives. The ideal individual should have strong transactional M&A experience with a City or International firm, and have an outstanding academic history with a highly regarded reputation among existing clients. You will need to exhibit high professional standards and a commercially-friendly client approach in keeping with the highly-regarded reputation of the team. In order to be considered for this role you must:

• Be a UK qualified solicitor
• Have 2+ years’ PQE in a private practice
• Have excellent academics
