Job Title:  Autism Support Assistant Location: Newham Salary scale: £ 85 -£ 100  dependent on experience and qualifications Start Date:  ASAP Contract Type:  Full-time Working Hours:  8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Are you passionate about supporting children with autism? Key Responsibilities: l Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with autism. l Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). l Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment. l Support students in developing social, communication, and academic skills. l Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents. l Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies. l Facilitate a positive and encouraging learning experience for students with autism.
