Job Title: Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, Wandsworth Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £15 - £18 Per hour Benefits: PAYE & CPD Job Duties: Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development Assisting the qualified teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Providing one-to-one support for students with SEN Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support Required Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience working with children or young people Good communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of Special Educational Needs and how to support students with SEN Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good communication and listening skills Preferred Qualifications: we provide Training in supporting students with Autism, ADHD, or other specific needs Working Conditions: Work in a school setting Full-time hours during term-time Potential for additional training and development opportunities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
