Store Room Manager / Kitchen Assistant We are looking for individuals to work in a fast-paced independent restaurant. This is a great opportunity to work in a highly rated restaurant in East Yorkshire, listed in Michelin Guide, Hardens & Holds 2AA Rosettes. This role is integral to the smooth running of the kitchen and you will be joining passionate team of chefs & kitchen assistants. Flexible working hours
- Mainly Day shifts
- 8.30 - 4pm up to 30 - 40 hours per week this may increase in peak times & holiday cover throughout the year.
Main duties:
- Manage the Goods / Deliveries in the morning with all key suppliers Basic Kitchen preparation throughout the day, full training will be given Operator a commercial dishwasher Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible. Collect and wash up pots and pans. Basic food preparation to helps the chefs on a daily basis Unload food deliveries. Daily & quality checking Keep the storeroom organised. Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
