Business Analyst

I’m working with a software company specialising in logistics and customs clearance software. They are looking for Business Analyst to visit their customers and help to understand and evaluate software requirements. They will offer training to help you gaina good understanding of international freight forwarding. Your main duties will revolve around conducting interviews and workshops with clients to evaluate their requirements.

As part of the role, you will be coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including customers, developers, testers and support teams to ensure expectations are managed and feedback is provided. You will be working with a small team dedicated to producingexcellent software solutions for the international supply chain. You will need to have an interest in international freight systems and customs software as well as keeping up to date with regulatory and industry changes.

You must:

• Have proven experience working as a BA in a Software / SaaS Environment
• Be self-motivated and keen to learn
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong investigative and analytical skills, with an attention to detail
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Have strong time management skills
