There’s lots involved in being a Team Member. There is always lots to do, with different duties to take on throughout your shift. You’ll be expected to provide friendly, considerate customer service, really getting to know customers our customers and their needs. You’ll be expected to keep the store well stocked and looking good, think on your feet if there’s an issue or problem to solve.
Retail experience is preferred, but we’re not looking for any specific experience or qualifications, - we provide full training. It’s your personality, skills, motivation and values that matter. You’ll need to show us a real passion for customer service, great communication and listening skills, the ability to work well in a team, and achieve team and individual goals, an enthusiastic approach and willingness to support your colleagues when needed and the flexibility to work a range of shifts.
We are looking for new Team Members who can work hours over the 7-day week including days, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
Our pay scales are :
- 18-20 yrs: _ £6.83
- 21-22 yrs: _ £9.18
- 23 yrs and over: _ £9.50
1 x 10 hour contract available
Job Types : Part-time, Permanent
Salary : £6.83-£9.50 per hour
