What are we looking for? - A Systems Administrator, offering support to the Commercial Sales team to ensure the continued smooth process currently in place. - Someone who can work at least 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Processing internal and external enquiries via online enquiries portal. Provide technical assistance functions. Assisting with admin tasks required by commercial sales team Assist and support Managers and Directors in their daily tasks. Maintain and manage relevant databases. Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organised manner. Provide administrative support to customers in technical matters. Troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical problems. Continually maintain and manage the back-office Networks System to ensure the system is appropriately developed and connected. Liaising with partners and organising online payment options ensuring these are correctly set up on relevant back office systems Skills & Knowledge Required: Have strong organisational, grammar and communication skills Competent in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Intermediate/Advanced level Comfortable with web-based back-office systems Be able to prioritise and manage own tasks Excellent attention to detail Be a team player Be pleasant, professional and proficient If you believe you have the skills and experience required then please apply on line today.
