Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive, Gloucestershire JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive PQE: 2+ years LOCATION: Gloucestershire SALARY: £DOE THE ROLE: The appointed Residential Conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion. Your caseload will include sale and purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, help tobuy, first registrations, agricultural property and lease extensions. You will be required to liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. THE CANDIDATE: THE FIRM: Our client is well established within the region.
