  • Provide leadership and support for Team Leaders and Support workers working for Rural Care and act as an advocate for service users dignity and safety.

  • To maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available.

  • Ensure the ongoing safety to service users and staff through systematic assessing, monitoring and reviewing processes.

  • Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used.

  • Act as an active role model for good clinical and care governance practice.

To assess and provide care that you would want for your own love one’s. To provide support to other team members to maintain personalised care

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Permanent, Apprenticeship Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary : From £13.00 per hour
