Team Leader / Deputy Manager

We are working with a small, local service provider in the Ebbw Vale area who operate multiple sites. The company focus on enriching the lives of their children and young people and engaging them with nature and the outdoors. Your new role Our client is seeking a team leader in an active and engaging Children's home, with children and young people who have a wide variety of complex issues, mental health challenges and traumatic experiences. You will gain exposure to all aspects of managementwithin a Children's home, with opportunities to step up and act as a Deputy Manager. The setting aims to be as fun and 'family feel' as possible with regular camping trips and other excursions, connecting the young people to the outdoors and enriching their lives. They want someone fun, who is also comfortable being vulnerable who can reallyconnect with the residents.
