Customer Service Advisor

PAYE Rate :£10.10 p/h

Location :Corby

Hours :8:30am - 5pm

The Role : As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below:

  • Ensure best practice in Customer Service processes and adherence, internal processes, customer liaison and administration in accordance with group policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all Customer Services processes are documented and always up to date for training and audit purposes
  • Building relationships with customers as well as internal departments and colleagues.
  • Follow documented processes, and highlighting to the Customer Service Supervisor if a change of process is required to add efficiencies to the process.
  • Assist with the training of new members to the Customer Service Team.
  • Approach all new and changes to the current processes & procedures with a positive attitude.
  • Ensuring that the computer systems/portals are updated.
