Closing Date2024-09-27HSSW Change Manager Location: Hybrid working, Brighton – Falmer officePerm/FTC: 12 month FTCHours: 37 hrsSalary: Up to £70k based on experienceWith AMP8 fast approaching for the Water industry, Southern Water are looking for a Change Manager to support the Health, Safety Security and Wellbeing (HSSW) function within the company.Your role as Change Manager will be hands on one, creating a range of tools and techniques to enable delivery of change. You will take a view of people, process, technology, and data all framed by the governance and standards laid out in the HSSW Policies and Management Systems. You will enable effective change plans by:Providing leadership, coaching and the delivery of change activity related to the Health & Safety and Protective Security Transformation Programmes.Providing change management guidance and support to the Sponsor, Director HSSW, Head of Health & Safety, Head of Security, Programme Manager, Operational Managers and team members in the development and execution of the change management strategy and plans.Apply change management methods to create a strategy and plans to support adoption of the required changes which lead to the realisation of identified benefits.Lead and execute all aspects of change management for each initiative including impact analysis, planning, coaching, readiness assessments, resistance management and support.Create actionable change management deliverables i.e., engagement plan, readiness plan, resistance management plan, success criteria etc.Lead change management assessments, planning, and change workshops for stakeholders impacted by the change.Support colleagues responsible for the learning and development portfolio in the development of change.This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to go out to operational units and see practically how the change will work, giving greater insight into the effectiveness of the projects.You will have demonstrable experience is managing and delivering multiple and varied change project simultaneously and any experience within the water, utility or security industry would be highly advantageous.If the above sounds like the challenge you have been looking to get your teeth into, please send your CV over for consideration today.#LI-Hybrid #LI-HC1
