We are assisting a London borough recruit we are looking for an assistant team manager within their Child Exploitation service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Holding a small caseload of 5 children
- Chairing strategy meetings around children
- Direct line management
- Deputising in the absence of a team manager.
- The cohort of young people that we serve are 11-18 year olds affected by contextual/extra familial harm which can include CCE, CSE, Youth Violence, County Line and young people who go missing from home or care.
- Be a QSW, registered with Social Work England
- Have previous experience working across children’s services at assistant team manager level
