Looked After Children Team Manager

We currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to work as LAC Team Manager based in the Yorkshire.

Pay rate would be up to £40

Responsibilities of this role :

  • Working with the manager to identify and focus on looked after and care leavers cases that are high risk
  • Quality assurance of systems and processes
  • Ability to build multi-agency teams around the child
  • Child centred practices which include direct work and participation
  • Supervise a number of professional staff

Requirements of this role :

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Experience of working within as a Team Manager in a Looked After Children's Team
  • DipSW/CQSW equivalent
