Prospero Teaching are looking for passionate graduates and aspiring teachers for Secondary Schools in Southampton.
Schools are requiring learning support assistants, as well as cover supervisors, both on a part time and full time basis.
As a learning support assistant, you will be required to provide pastoral support for pupils with special educational needs. No experience is required and full training is provided.
Planning and cover work will be provided.
About the Cover Supervisor Position : **Flexibility to choose the days you work and the schools you work in.
**No marking, planning or preparation - cover work is provided for you.
**Providing general cover and supervision for last minute and planned absences.
The Successful Cover Supervisor will have/be : **Strong classroom management skills while providing an inclusive learning environment.
**Confidence with teaching across all Key stages.
**Excellent organisational skills.
**Hold high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
**Posses strong interpersonal skills while communicating with parents, pupils and staff.
To be Eligible the Supply Teachers must have/be : **Relevant experience (Degree preferable but not essential )
**Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
**The ability to provide two professional references that cover the last two years of employment.
**Hold a fully enhanced DBS certificates (child workforce only) that is registered to the Update Service, or be willing to complete one.
