Qualifications and Skills: Experience working with children or young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Understanding of ASC and SEMH and the ability to implement effective support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues. A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and support. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team. Relevant qualifications or experience in special education, social work, or a related field are desirable.
