Receptionist

We at Ooh Baby Baby are looking for a vibrant, keen and energetic Receptionist to join our friendly team.

We are a family run Private Ultrasound Clinic based in Mexborough, Rotherham, offering a variety of scans such as Early Reassurance, Gender Reveals, 4Ds and much more.

Requirements :

• Passionate about delivering great customer service
• Exceptional face-to-face communication skills
• Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customers' concerns and questions
• Good communication and teamwork
• Basic understanding of the Microsoft Package and computer literate
• Must be able to work weekends & evenings
• Good general level of Education
• DBS Checked (will be provided)
• Experience in Customer Service
• Good telephone manner
• Be 18 years or above

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing them with the necessary paperwork
• Stock check items and re-order when necessary
• Manage client appointments
• Ensure continuity and smooth running of the clinic and follow procedure, policies and protocols to maintain this
• Completing all paper work and filing away accordingly
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Managing the end of day accounts

Working Hours: Wednesday - 4pm - 8:30pm

Thursday - 4pm - 8pm

Saturday - 9am - 4pm (1 Saturday per month off)

(Option for more hours later in the year if wanted)

Job Type : Part-time, Permanent

Salary : From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 17 hours per week with potential for additional hours
