Job Title: Sales Support Administrator Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum Location: Droylsden, Greater Manchester Hours: 36 hours per week Are you a candidate currently scoping the market looking for your next opportunity? Job Responsibilities: Providing great support to all customers / distributors with provision of order taking, complaint management and supply chain organisation A key responsibility around sales support will be order processing / administration Point of contact for all general enquiries Coordination of all support, both technical and operational Discussing product availability, shipping and credit notes Recording and tracking all associated activity in CRM system to maintain alignment across the business The Person: Experience of operating across customer service, sales or supply chain 2 years experience of working within target driven environments Customer and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment (desirable) Understanding of sales administration and order processing Strong negotiation and influencing skills Previous use of CRM systems Please note that The Recruitment Co. are an equal opportunities employer CPProfessional
