Customer Processing Administrator-kingston

Mon-Thur. 08.30-17.00 (On a Friday it is a weekly rotation of, 1 week 08.30-13.30, then the following week 08.30-16.30) = 37.75 hours per week

Duties :

  • Order processing using SAP (training on SAP provided) - Adhering to timescales
  • Providing excellent service to Customers by investigating & solving queries or problems, including complaints
  • Regularly liaising with other departments particularly accounts for awareness of credit limits and overdue accounts
  • General Sales Administration duties - Quotations, filing, archiving, project work and any other ad hoc Administration requirements

Essential experience :

  • Competent in Microsoft office
  • Background in Customer Service & Data Processing
