Exceptional Opportunity for a Consultant in Palliative Medicine in Derbyshire! Are you a dedicated and experienced Palliative Medicine Consultant with a specialisation in Palliative Medicine, seeking a fulfilling role with no on-calls. Pulse is thrilled to present an immediate opening for a Palliative Medicine Consultant to cover full time shifts from Monday to Friday (approx. 37.5 hours per week), with the contract extending from March 1st to May 31st. This position offers a unique opportunity for a compassionate and skilled professional to provide specialist palliative care to patients in need.As a Palliative Medicine Consultant, you will be responsible for providing specialist palliative care, including the diagnosis and treatment of illness, and ensuring the proper functioning of the department.Your primary responsibility will include overseeing the in-patient care of the Nightingale Macmillan Unit (NMU), a Specialist Palliative Care Unit with 20-22 beds, alongside two other Palliative Medicine Consultants.
