Job Title: Specialist Breast Care Nurse
Location: London
Salary: £49,000 p.a.
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing specialist breast care nursing services to patients with breast cancer and other breast-related conditions
- Coordinating patient care with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including oncologists, radiologists, and surgeons
- Developing and implementing care plans based on individual patient needs
- Providing support and education to patients and their families
- Ensuring that all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date
- Participating in clinical audits and other quality improvement initiatives
Requirements :
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Specialist Breast Care Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
