Responsibilities :

  • Clean and sanitise dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure that all dishes are properly washed and dried before storing them away.
  • Assist in the preparation of food items as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations when operating dishwashing machines.
  • Follow instructions from the head chef or sous chef.
