Finance ManagerCheltenham with hybrid working£60,000 - £65,000 A newly-created Finance Manager position in a growing and acquisitive Cheltenham service provider. An opportunity to manage a small sized team, overseeing the day-to-day financial activities, ensuring that processes are fit for purpose and robust and taking ownership for month and year-end. This role will really appeal to those who enjoy process improvement, people management and development and working in a high change environment. Key responsibilities Month-end reporting and preparation of balance sheet reconciliationsPreparation of statutory accountsLeading the annual audit for all entitiesOversight of financial operations including AP, AR and bankingDeveloping and reviewing KPIsDeveloping and implementing robust policies and procedures to improve efficienciesLeading and developing a small sized team Candidate profile A qualified accountant with experience of coaching and leading teamsExperience of producing management and statutory accountsA strong problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skillsA good level of proficiency with ExcelKnowledge of how to use systems to leverage efficiencies Kelly Services are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
