Are you looking to join Renault Group within the Finance department, during a crucial but exciting time in our transition towards electrification? You would be working with key stakeholders across the business, acting as Business Partner to help us achieve sustainable profitability. This role is at the heart of the Finance department within Controlling. The role is involved in vehicle costings and dealer animation programs for all channels, validating all fleet deals and working alongside other departments to develop compelling and profitable offers for our customers through Retail and Motability. Throughout, you would ensure full Group compliance in costing validation and dealer payment control.

What will you be doing?


We are looking for someone ​to get fully involved in the approval / validation flows and business activity cycles. The role will drive Short-Term Rental and other Fleet costings, managing the financial approval process for these costing requests via our R-Fleet platform. You will support the commercial costing cycle for Retail and Motability offers, analysing the overall effectiveness of our commercial programmes through ad hoc studies and profitability analysis.


The job holder will support financial projects on new car sales activities and drive the costing of commercial / sales ad-hoc actions if required. The individual would also be critical in our financial month-end and elements of our budget / reforecast processes. You would manage / ensure timely invoice approvals and payments for internal and external customers. Then, to control our payments accuracy, you would manage the quarterly checks of payments, reviewing any abnormalities.


Success will be measured ​by the accuracy of all financial costings and the quality of all financial analysis.


Who are you?


The successful candidate could come from many different backgrounds. We are looking for an individual with some experience in either Controlling, Product Pricing or as a Business / Financial Analyst. You would use Microsoft Excel a lot in the role, so we are looking for an individual with great attention to detail and strong mathematical ability, who can work under pressure. You would be a superb communicator and presenter, being very involved in meetings with a range of key stakeholders, including our Board of Directors.
